Introductory Client Meeting

Knowing the good and the bad is imperative at this stage to set us up for success in the following steps.

Preliminary Data

Here is where we gather data on you and your store: financials, assets and liabilities.

Then we create a picture of the current landscape so we can craft a path to your goals.


Historic Analysis

In looking through all aspects of your store’s history, we can bring all your store’s strengths (and weaknesses) to the surface.

It’s at this point that we can make the great points shine and reduce or eliminate the impact of any weaknesses.


Marketing Plan

Now that we know what we are dealing with, it is time to pull together all of the data for the deal into concise and compelling package for potential investors.


Identify Buyers

In this step, we will use our vast network of contact to determine a short list of ideal buyers.

Once identified, we will market the deal to those potential buyers to solicit offers, many times resulting in multiple interested parties.


Offer Selection

Now that we have obtained multiple offers, we carefully determine which offer best suits your needs.

Next, we issue a Letter of Intent and Asset Purchase Agreements to proceed with the selected buyer.


Due Diligence

It’s time for us to pore through all of the specifics of the deal to ensure the satisfaction of all parties.

We strive to resolve all questions and negotiate terms for closing.


Close The Deal

Congratulations! You have made it through the process to sell or buy your c-store. All that is left now is for us to follow up with all parties to be sure the transition is quick and easy.
